BodyMindSpirit Coaching

We don't see things as they are,
we see them as we are.

What is coaching?
Coaching is an interactive conversation between the coach and the client in
order to generate shifts in the consciousness of the client, thereby helping the
client to develop more rapidly and produce more satisfying results. Coaching
leaves the client complete as well as empowered and inspired to make positive
life changes.
The role of the coach is to build the client's level of awareness and
responsibility - by means of observing, asking powerful questions and providing
structure, support and feedback.
Coaches elicit solutions and strategies from the client rather than give direct
advice and consult. By focusing on the goals the client chooses, coaching helps
the clients to build on their natural strengths and to take responsibility for
doing the work that he/she wants.
Coaches are trained to listen, and to ask the hard questions that tap into your
own wisdom.
A good coach can feed you ideas, push you farther than you might yourself, and
also give resources for implementation.
Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their
performance, and enhance their quality of life.
In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach
listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates
clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client's
progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching
concentrates on where client is now and what they are willing to do to get where
they want to be in the future. Results are a matter of the client's intentions,
choices and actions, supported by the coach's efforts and application of the
coaching process
Coaches usually work one-on-one with their clients, guiding them and helping
them achieve a certain dream and goal. This is very general, and often involves
all aspects in a person's life.
The coach is a guide who will help the client through a process of self
discovery and self improvement.
Coaches focus on long term goals and targets, need to consider the client's life
in general and should be aware of all the aspects and details.
Coaching is creative and challenging.

A coach honours the client as the expert in his/her life and work, and believes
that every client is creative, resourceful, and whole. Standing on this
foundation, the coach's responsibility is to:
-
Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
-
Encourage client self-discovery
-
Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
-
Hold the client responsible and accountable
Through the process of coaching you can quickly enhance the quality of your life
by:
-
experiencing greater focus, clarity and purpose
-
improving your performance in all areas of your life, business or career
-
increasing your power and confidence
-
eliminating stress and/or worry
-
provoking breakthroughs
-
achieving goals you could never reach on your own
-
being more organised according to “first things first”
-
taking control of your own destiny
Coaching is conducted in person, over the phone and/or by email.

The Meaning of Namasté
"I
honour the place in you where the whole universe dwells.
When I am in that place in me, and you are in that place in you,
then we are One."
